Patate 'mporchettate

Preparation
Dispose the bacon  inside a tin with galirc, bay leaves, rosemary, salt and pepper dressing. Square sliced the tomatoes and put them  inside the tin with the pancetta bacon. Fill up the tin with hot water, till it slightly covers up the tomatoes and slowly let them boil. The meal will be ready to be served as soon as the tomatoes  get melted and the sauce get dense. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients (for 6 people)
2 Kg. potatoes, 5 garlic cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 rosemary twins, 300 gr of pancetta bacon, a few pepper beans, salt to taste.
