Myths and legends

In this section we have picked up curiosity, legends, anecdotes and histories that tell the charm "dark" of a territory, above all of the area of the Laga, where deeply rooted beliefs, superstitions and ancient rituals are for propitiating the good fate. So many are the suggestions that originate from the fantastic universe of the elderly stories "custodians" of the memory of the places. To fascinate, in all the stories, it is the mysterious and dark side of the mountain. The territory, is lent besides for its nature and conformation entertain the traces of scary histories of witches, lycanthropes, devils, ghosts and monstrous creatures of every kind. Histories that find a perfect location in the numerous suburbs "ghost" that we find in the Teramo province, abandoned countries in which the time seems to have stopped, where the nature takes away its spaces.
