The itinerary departs from the Teramo hills and it finishes in the zone of Gemelli Mountains. It deals with a brief run that gives great satisfactions for the variety of the ground.
During the run you can see different churches that is worth to visit and different sources where you can make restocking of water.
The principal stage of this itinerary are: Teramo, Ponte Vezzola, Case Silveri, Pantaneto, Church of Santa Maria in Praediis, Colle Caruno, Magnanella, Roiano, (here there is also the crossroad for Gole del Salinello) Fortezza di Civitella, Battaglia, Garrano Alto, Garrano Basso, SS 81, Rupo crossroad, Rupo, Castrogno, Putignano alta, Teramo.
