The run departs from Paladini, fraction of Crognaleto, and it develops in the heart of the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga.
Take the path that conducts to the gallery and then go on the old road Paladini-Tottea (by now closed to the trafic) and climb along a line of sandstone until you reach Tottea. From there proceed through the asphalted road famous as "strada maestra del Parco" that from the country goes down toward S.S. 80.
Reach Alvi crossroads that goes down toward Aprati crossroad and after having overcome the inhabited area go on in slope up to Nerito and then reenter to Paladini.
The main stages are: Paladini, Tottea, bivio Alvi, Aprati, Paladini
