You depart from Padula (932 ms), city of Cortino, surround by Monti della Laga. Near the old mill you take Sentiero D’Italia that brings you to Ceppo, and then to Ponte Flammagno.
Making a small deviation you reach Cantagalli falls, in which Fosso Della Cavata meets Tordino river. You reach, finally, Macere clearing(1140 ms), and crossing Fosso Della Cavata on an iron bridge you reach valley of Tordino, through which you go down toward Padula. (Reentered to Padula we suggest you a visit to the center of environmental education "I frutti del bosco.")
