Departing from Prati di Tivo square(1450 ms) you cross the road that brings to Laghetta (1600 ms), dominated by the north side of Corno Piccolo and Corno Grande. From here, can be admired all the mountains of Gran Sasso D’Italia: Pizzo di Intermesoli, Monte Corvo and the long crest of Centenario. You continue crossing a plain to reach Arapietra and the homonym shelter (1900 ms). Continuing on the crest you come, finally, to Madonnina (2000 ms).
