Departing from Ceppo, take the road that brings to the camping, then take the road excavated afoot (the same that conducts to Morricana fall). Take Sentiero d’Italia, that continues in the wood for some km, and you reach Lago dell’Orso (1800 ms). From here it is possible to enjoy a beautiful landscape and admire the whole Monti della Laga chain and the peak of Gorzano Mountain.
To this point you continue along the path that coasts along Martese Wood and, after some km of plain forgery, leave the path to reach Pizzo Moscio. Here it begins the most difficult part of the run in that goes up the Southeast peak.
