Departing from Ceppo, to take the road that enters into the wood. After 800 meters , overcome the camping. Here you can leave the car and continue taking the road on the right that crosses the Martese wood on foot. After 5 km of walk, you can leave the road and continue onto the road that goes down to Castellano stream.
After the stream, turn to the left and enter into the brushwood and follow the path. You continue in slope to the left slope of the valley until to meet a level line and after a path coming from the lower part. take the path right that will conduct to "Piana”. Continue on the path, cross the small stream and go up again on right. Here the path gradually gets up and goes out of the wood discovering the whole heading of the valley.
After you crossed a ditch, it leads to Fosso Cannavine, to reach the other slope (Stazzi of Morricana, shepherds' hamlet).
On the right side of the valley is possible to reach or to observe different falls that have origin from two branches of Morricana ditch.
Holding the left the road goes down in the underlying wood, once the ground will be made less steep it is worthwhile to move to right crossing a small ditch and after that go down for a trace boxed among the leaves and finally turn to right where the path goes down toward Castellano stream (1580 ms). From here it is possible to admire the beautiful Morricana great fall.
