It is an imposing and well-preserved building, so named because it was the historical residence of the Marquises Alarçon y Mendoza.
It is located at the top of the town and houses the Town Hall, the Abruzzo History Exhibition and the Museum of Techniques and Craft Traditions, as well as conferences, events, cultural events and exhibitions.
