It is located between the few ancient houses of the hamlet of Flamignano next to a fountain. It was restored in the eighties of the twentieth century and then again at the beginning of the 2000s and has a gabled roof, a portal with a brick lunette on whose keystone stands a cross.
The small bell tower houses a bell, while the inside is a single room with the altarpiece represented by a painting dated 1630 depicting the Virgin Mary with the Child at whose feet are the Saints Vincent Ferreri and Emidio, bishop and martyr .
Precisely to the latter, lived in the III century AD and to which the Church is dedicated, the popular belief has attributed protection from the earthquake of 1703 that struck Ascoli Piceno of which it is patron, so much so that below the canvas is the inscription Terra tremuit et quievit dum deprecaret Emidius - 1630 , or "The earth trembled and became quiet after the intervention of Emidio - 1630".
