It is located in Castelmaidetto, a small fraction of Tossicia now known as Chiarino, among the few ancient houses in the town. It was restored in the late seventies of the twentieth century and has a gabled roof and brick belfry that houses two slightly different bells.
A tile surmounting the lintel portal shows the date of 1651, which probably dates back to the original construction. The interior has a single hall with a presbytery area separated from the rest and an altar facing the wall for which the priest celebrates mass turning his back on the faithful.
