Erected probably at the end of the 16th century and restored in the 18th century, it is a very large and massive structure with a gabled roof and a large bell tower that stands centrally on the facade and houses two bells. It has a beautiful stone portal with a mirrored frame surmounted by a tympanum which, inside, presents the fresco of the Madonna with Child flanked by two Angels, created by Filippo and Valentino Forti in 1632. The interior is remarkable and abounds with elements sacred. It has three naves divided by large round arches and on the walls you can admire numerous devotional frescoes of the sixteenth and seventeenth century. The ceiling, dated 1590, is with exposed trusses and decorated tiles, while on the baroque altar there is a tabernacle from 1763.
