It is one of the few buildings in the small district of Borgonovo and is located in a small square that is also the square of the town. It is a massive building, entirely painted white with a high shoe wall, effect of a profound restructuring of the late eighteenth century. The roof is gabled and on the façade has a portal that can be reached through a fifteen steps and a small bell gable that ends with a fairly large cross and supports a bell. The interior has a single hall and holds two paintings, in one of which is depicted St. John the Evangelist in the act of writing, with an eagle at his feet, while the other is dedicated to the Madonna of the Rosary surrounded by the symbols of the stations of the Via Crucis. The symbol of the 2000 Jubilee and the plate of the Cross of Indulgences granted by Pope Leo XIII in 1901 are set on the walls.
