It is located between the houses of the hamlet of Nepezzano, just outside Teramo, and has a base built with pebbles and river stones dating back to the 16th-17th centuries. Three pinnacles rise from the façade and there is an ogival arched entrance portal surmounted by a large round window. The bell tower has a square base with a shoe wall and was added in 1931.
