It is located in the small district of Cannelli, a stone's throw from Castrogno, home of the district house. It was erected in 1929 and renovated in 1995 and has a gabled roof and the facade and portal bordered by red bricks. Above the portal there is a large round window that helps illuminate the interior, where there is a false ceiling entirely in wood and some furniture, including an old wooden confessional and, behind the altar, in a kiosk, the statue dedicated to St. Gabriel. On the left side of the building there is a small bell gable in a metal structure that supports only one bell.
