It is located a bit 'between the houses of the populous and modern village of Santa Lucia. Its existence, dating back to the second half of the nineteenth century, is due to a local farmer who, seriously ill to the eyes, prayed so assiduously that he managed to get the cure and for this he transformed the private Chapel annexed to Villa Patrizi in current Church of Saint Lucia.
In 1929 important renovations and extensions were carried out that led to the addition of the bell tower and in 1932 a bell. In April 1987 the building was almost completely destroyed by a fire that broke out following a short-circuit and only the perimeter walls remained standing.
However, the small local community was not discouraged and in a very short time contributed to its reconstruction, so much so that already on December 13 (the day of Saint Lucia) of that year it was reopened to the faithful. It has a gabled roof and on the side of the façade there is a tall brick bell tower that supports a bell.
