It is the symbol of the historic and ancient village of Montepagano and is the bell tower of the Church of Sant'Antimo demolished back in 1876. It is located in the main square and was built in the second half of the fifteenth century.
It has a square plan of 5.60 meters per side, a height of about 40 meters and a cusp ending with a 50 cm diameter copper globe on which a Cross rests. It welcomes three bells of different sizes.
