It is located in the main square of Casale Thaulero, a modern hamlet of Roseto degli Abruzzi, a few hundred meters from the city's motorway exit. It dates back to 1836, when it was commissioned by Giovanni Michele Thaulero, a member of the local noble family.
It has the characteristic of being tall and narrow, has a gabled roof and the façade has a trapezoidal ending, a portal with a flat architrave and an inscription in which we read D (ei) O (ptimo) M (aximo) / Deiparae Nativitati Dicatam / Ioannes Michael Tahulero / Aere his extruendam / curavit / A (nno) R (edentionis) S (alvatoris). MDCCCXXXVI. On the back there is a large bell gable that supports two bells. Inside, the statu of San Vito, the Patron Saint of Casale Thaulero, is preserved.
