At the entrance of the village coming from the south, this church was closed for fifty years and, after suffering further damage following the earthquake of 2009, was reopened to worship on 6 April 2015, on the day of Easter Monday. The restoration has allowed the recovery, among other things, of a precious 17th century baroque wooden altar. On the horizontal crowned facade there is a portal framed with a round arch surmounted by a lunette and, even higher, a round window. Leaning to the right is a small bell gable that houses a bell. The interior has a single covered room with exposed wooden trusses, while a round archway separates the nave from the presbytery area inside which there is a wooden altar. At the center of the latter one can admire a painting related to "The stories of Santa Giusta" with hagiographic squares, by the artist Francesco Ragazzini (1540-1626) from Ravenna.
