It is located in the highest part of the hill on which stands the Municipality of Penna Sant'Andrea. Probably the original building dates back to the 16th century, but today's layout is the result of an 18th-century restoration. It has an imposing structure, with a gabled roof and a high and majestic facade with curvilinear crowning. On its left there is a small bell gable that houses a single bell, while on the back wall there is a massive bell tower with a square base. The interior has a single nave and retains a high altar of gilded wood made in the seventeenth century and a painting dedicated to Santa Giusta coming from the church of the same name. There are numerous eighteenth-century stuccos of the Roman school, consisting of rounds and ovals in relief with depictions of biblical and evangelical scenes. On the wall behind the main altar there is a Madonna and two Saints.
