Located just outside the Santissima Trinità hamlet, it was built in the fourteenth century or in the fifteenth century, although very few traces remain concentrated in the basement of its original structure. The roof is a double-height gable, with the front part raised compared to the rear. The portal, simple but graceful, is round-rounded in rounded bricks. On the left wall is the bell tower with a rectangular base and a single bell. The interior has a single nave at the end of which there is the apse.
