Church of the Carmine

It is located in the historic center of Notaresco, near the parish church of the SS. Pietro and Andrea. It has a Romanesque structure with a masonry and brick facade and a gable roof.

The entrance portal is surmounted by a lunette and laterally windows open by the decisive splaying, as a testimony also of the strength of the walls. On the rear, almost invisible, there is a small bell gable that supports only one bell.

The interior is very interesting, starting from the seventeenth-century painted ceiling and an eighteenth-century organ of high historical and artistic value, placed in the choir above the entrance portal.
