Located between the houses of the village of Guardia Vomano, populous and dynamic fraction of Notaresco, it was erected in 1527 and today appears in the reconstruction of the eighteenth century.
The first feature that stands out is the curvilinear crowning façade, with a simple portal and an elliptical window, both framed in brick. On one side stands a massive brick bell tower with a beautiful final spire and a round clock on the façade.
The interior has a single nave, crossed by a transept just before the presbytery area and the ceiling and walls are richly embellished with modern frescoes. Near one of the two stoups is the plaque with the Cross of Indulgences, granted by Pope Leo XIII in 1901, while, above the entrance door, an interesting pipe organ supported by four columns is placed on a mezzanine.
