It is located along the main road of the hamlet of Cordesco, almost disguised between the modern houses of the town. It was built in the second half of the twentieth century to meet the need of the rapidly growing demographic community.
The gabled roof surmounts a façade with a flat architrave portal, a lunette, two windows with a round arch surrounded by a red brick and a small aedicule near the roof that houses a small statue of the Madonna. On the back there is a tall and beautiful brick bell tower with a square base that houses a bell and is surmounted by a cross.
Internally, in an environment consisting of only one classroom, there is the presbytery area raised by a step and which is characterized by the presence of a large cross suspended in the air.
