Church of the Madonna del Suffragio

Located in the modern and populous village of Selva Piana, it is a modern style church inaugurated and consecrated on 10 March 1996 and belonging to the Parish of San Pietro ad Spoltinum. It has a large parvis and the plant is hexagon-shaped with a roof similar to that of a pagoda.

Internally it has a single vast environment with exposed roof covering. Behind the altar is a modern and valuable Altarpiece depicting the Resurrection of Jesus created and donated by the State High School "Marie Curie" of Giulianova (Te) in 1999. It is hand painted cotton and secured in a structure in wood mounted like a sail of considerable size, that is 290x380 cm.
