The current building of this beautiful church that stands in the modern village of Villa Brozzi is from 2004, but its original structure, now lost, dates back to the twelfth century.

It is a church that is worth visiting due to the pretty and well-kept external structure and the very interesting interior that houses various valuable elements. The entrance is lateral and a large bell tower with two bells stands out from the back.

The interior has a single nave but the presence of a wide side arch suggests that in the past there was an additional environment. At the end of the nave you can admire a very interesting ciborium dating back to the fourteenth century with a cross vault and with ogival arches resting on octagonal columns, whose capitals bear the coat of arms of Montorio al Vomano.

The ciborium houses a valuable altar, whose canteen is made of stone probably coming directly from a pre-existing place of worship. Also interesting is the holy water near the entrance and the statue of the Madonna with Child made of olive wood made in the thirteenth century.
