Church of the Immaculate Conception

Also called Chiesa degli Zoccolanti, it is located in via Urbani, one of the main streets of Montorio al Vomano, narrow, almost hidden, between the houses of the historic center. Although dating back almost certainly to the sixteenth century, the current configuration is 1755.

Internally it has various valuable elements, such as a wooden statue of the Immaculate made in 1696 placed on the high altar and a very interesting painting depicting Santa Margherita Penitente arranged on the first altar on the right.
