It is found in the lower part of the hamlet of Leognano, along the access road to the village.
Most likely it was built in the fifteenth century and has a gabled roof and a façade a bit 'marked by the time above which rises a bell tower for two bells. The entrance portal is flanked by two small square windows and surmounted by a small round window.
The interior has a single nave and retains a wooden baroque altar painted in gold from 1750.
