It is located in a small square a little outside the town of Forca di Valle, a fraction of Isola. It is in the so-called "fake Romanesque" style and has a gabled roof and a fairly articulate façade, given by a portal framed in stone with a flat architrave, a round window embellished by a glass mosaic and a portico that protects the portal. entrance, surmounted by a crescent that bears the effigy of Santa Giusta in mosaic.
On the left there is a squat bell tower with a square base that houses two bells. The interior is of a certain value and has a single nave with transept, on the side walls there are two round arches that give access to as many rooms and at the back of the church on the altar there is an eighteenth century ciborium.
