It is located in Giulianova Paese at the intersection between Via Cavour and Via della Rocca and was built between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, although the current configuration dates back to the late eighteenth century. The structure is small in size and has a horizontal coronetric brick façade framed by two exposed brick pillars with simple brick ornamented capitals.
From the façade rises a bell gable that houses a bell. The entrance portal is surmounted by a broken tympanum and a square window which, together with a rectangular window on the outer wall on the street side, helps to illuminate the interior.
