It is located in Giulianova, a country incorporated and substantially hidden in the building complex of the current Castorani Institute. It was built in 1530 as a form of thanksgiving to San Rocco for the end of a serious pestilence that caused deaths and suffering and along with it was built the homonymous hospice, then converted into a hospital, which remained linked until the beginning of 1900 , when the hospital was transferred to a wing of the old Convent of the Capuchin Friars at the end of the Avenue of Splendor.

Today at the small church you enter through a small door located inside the Castorani Institute and has a single hall that ends with an apse in which there is the presbytery area where is placed a valuable marble altar above which stands a statue of the Immaculate Madonna, while, on the right near the altar, is the statue of San Rocco placed in a special shrine, and on the left the statue of San Vincenzo De 'Paoli.

On the walls you can appreciate several paintings depicting the Sacred Heart, St. Joseph and various moments of devotion, while the dome vault above the apse is totally frescoed with devotional paintings dedicated to prayer and peace. Along the walls there are the "stations" for the Via Crucis and on a small loft above the entrance door there is a harmonium.
