It is located in Giulianova Paese in Piazza della Libertà near the monument dedicated to the King Vittorio Emanuele II and built by the Juliet sculptor Raffaello Pagliaccetti and is consecrated in San Gaetano. It was built in the second half of the nineteenth century by Gaetano De Bartolomei, an influential personality of Giulianova, in honor and memory of his uncle Angelo Antonio Cosimo De Bartolomei.
Externally it has a slender façade, while internally the only classroom is small with a dome roof topped by a small lantern. Above the crowning cornice there is a balcony with a balustrade surmounted by a round arch and on its sides, two angels made of red brick are housed in two brick angels.
The whole façade is in red brick with a view and above it is possible to observe a white circle inside which there is an ivory cross. The marble coat of arms of the De Bartolomei family is installed above the glass lunette above the entrance door. Inside the chapel there are an altar and three valuable marble works by the well-known Giuliese sculptor Raffaello Pagliaccetti.
