Located in the small hamlet of Case di Trento, it was erected in 1750 in honor of the tridentine counter-reformation and later named after the Holy Trinity.
The facade is in brick adorned with columns tapered by capitals not particularly elaborate and at the top presents a niche with a round arch that houses a statuette of the Madonna.
The entrance door is sheltered by a small portico that bears the inscription SS. Trinitas Unus Deus. At the back there is a double-arched bell tower at right angles that supports two bells. Inside has a single very long aisle.
