It is located between the modern houses of Ornano Grande, a bit 'away from the town. It is the parish church of the village, built in the twelfth century, and still shows the original medieval structure, with a gabled roof and façade, entirely in stone, a mighty sailing bell tower that houses three bells of different sizes.
The portal is surmounted by a lunette in which a ceramic tile is installed containing the colorful image of St. George killing the dragon. The interior is of absolute importance and has two naves, the central one being the largest, and a series of round arches. It also houses two partially wooden Baroque altars, one of which dedicated to the Madonna del Rosario.
