Just below the triangular tower of Montegualtieri, it has a seventeenth-century layout with a simple architrave portal. On its sides there are two small oval windows while a larger one overhangs the portal.
It has a gabled roof and the small bell tower that stands on the right side is sailed and holds a single bell. On a brick column at the top of the roof there is a metal cross. Unfortunately, the interior is now dilapidated and the roof and walls are in precarious conditions.
