It is located at the foot of the triangular tower. It has a gabled roof and a simple wooden portal and the bell tower has a square base.
The interior has a unique hall and square apse and the walls presented several paintings including a modern fresco depicting religious symbols and a large oil on canvas called The Adoration of the Shepherds, created by the Teramo artist Franco Tommarelli.
