You meet right at the entrance to the village, on the right. Its outer walls were restored in the seventies of the twentieth century and are in brick.
The Renaissance splayed portal is surmounted by a lunette containing a small statue of San Rocco, while the façade, crowned horizontally, has two narrow and very tall side windows with a round arch. Above the portal you can admire a valuable mosaic consisting of 68 majolica tiles depicting the Madonna.
The bell gable supports two overlapping bells. Internally there is a single hall with a small chapel that opens on the left wall, near the sacristy.
