It is located on the top of the hill of the hamlet of Befaro and features a gabled roof and a horizontal crowning façade with typical architectural features of 19th century rural buildings.
Slightly moved to the left opens a small portal with a rectangular frame surmounted by a shelf with a round arch and a round window. To the right of the building, rotated about 90 ° from the façade, there is a bell gable with three arches with a round arch, two of which in the lower part, which houses two bells relocated in 1950, on the occasion of the Year Holy.
The interior is essential and austere and has a single room covered with exposed trusses and the flooring is made of square terracotta tiles. The altar is slightly raised and behind it there is a large wooden cross, while on the side a statue of Mary supporting the Child.
