It is located at the entrance of the town and, if it were not for the very high stele-obelisk dedicated to the Madonna that surmounts it, it would be difficult to identify it as hidden among the houses.
Built in the 16th century, it has been abandoned for a long time and has only recently been restored. The roof consists of the square above which in the center has the stele with the statue of the Madonna. The façade is in stone and brick and has a portal with a round arch framed in stone, on either side of which there are two small square windows.
Above the portal there is a brick slab depicting the scene of the Annunciation of the Angel to Mary. The interior is characterized by a single room, very small in size, which preserves a painting of the Annunciation in the place where the altar was located and, in a corner, a small statue of the Redeemer without arms.
