It is located between the houses of the hamlet of Valle Canzano. Built in the thirteenth century, today it is presented in its nineteenth-century dress. The façade has a portal that can be reached via some steps, surmounted by a small oval window.
On the back there is a small bell gable that holds a bell. The interior is a single hall that ends in the rectangular apse area. Although it has always been dedicated to Sant'Andrea, from the late nineteenth century it has been enriched by the statues of the Madonna, of Sant'Antonio da Padova and of S. Pasquale Baylón. Since then the church has been associated with San Pasquale.
In 1987 it was closed to allow restoration and renovation to be reopened for worship on April 25, 1989. In 2003 the two paintings were restored, a Terranian painter Vincenzo Tudini made in 1769.
