Also called San Biagio because it is located on the same square on which stood the ancient medieval church of S. Biagio finally demolished in 1924. The building has a massive structure, gabled roof and a beautiful facade with pilasters and moldings that presents a portal with a flat architrave with a bezel and a rectangular window.
On the left rear wall there is a sturdy bell tower with a final spire. Inside the church there are some eighteenth-century wooden reliquaries, including the one of S. Biagio to which the first church was named. Inserted in a wall near the entrance is the plaque with the Cross of Indulgences granted in 1901 by Pope Leo XIII.
