It is a church of recent construction, that is around the middle of the last century, even if it rises on the remains of a much older building of worship, the Church of Santa Maria ad Bocetum dating back to the early 16th century.
It was profoundly renovated in the early 2000s and therefore currently has a distinctly modernist configuration. It has a gabled roof, while the façade is embellished with a red brick trifora that surmounts the small roof over the entrance door.
On the rear, there is a beautiful bell tower made of exposed brick that houses two bells and whose top is completed by a spire.
