Church of Santa Maria

It is a widening of the few houses in the hamlet of Roiano and was erected in the nineteenth century to replace the previous medieval church of Santa Maria ad Venales.

The roof is gabled and on the façade has a portal framed in brick and surmounted by a round window, in turn surmounted by a tympanum with an opening in the shape of a cross.

The interior is simple but at the same time nice and dignified. There is a single nave whose presbytery area is divided from the rest by a balustrade. Behind the altar table opens a kiosk that houses the statue of the Madonna. On the side walls there are two paintings depicting religious moments.
