Located in the center of the few houses that make up Pagannoni, one of the many hamlets of Campli, was almost certainly built in the fourteenth century even if today appears in a totally modern configuration as a result of the various renovations.
The entrance is side and from the gabled roof stands a bell gable that supports two bells. The interior, with a single nave, is punctuated by many devotional elements and has a ceiling covered with exposed trusses.
Behind the simple altar table, there is a noteworthy altarpiece depicting St. Peter holding the keys to Jesus. There are also statues of Jesus, the Virgin and some saints, including St. Peter, four crucifixes (one on each wall of the church) and depicts representatives and stations of the Via Crucis.
