Located between the few houses of Friscoli, it was built in 1899 by a local family, as a plaque in a wall recalls. It looks like a modern structure, with a gabled roof and a small bell tower that supports a bell.
The entrance portal, framed by a round arch in brick, is surmounted by a tympanum with a round window and three ceramic devotional tiles, one of which is dedicated to San Gabriele dell'Addolorata. The interior has a single nave and has an altar behind which there is a crucifix and the statues of the Madonna and San Gabriele.
