Rural church located in San Mauro has been restored towards the end of the twentieth century. It has a gabled roof with a small bell gable that houses only one bell. Inside is the pedestal of a stoup formed by an inverted Corinthian capital joined with mortar to two other partially worked column trunks. The interior has a single hall that ends with an apse raised by a step. On the walls, the small and essential altar has four chapels with a round arch on each side, two on each side, which hold the statues of San Mauro, Sant'Antonio da Padova, S. Francesco d'Assisi and Madonna of the Miracles.
