Positioned in a pitch along the road that leads to Basciano almost certainly built at the beginning of the fourteenth century by the Camaldolese monks. It has a gabled roof surmounted by a small metal cross and today's appearance derives from an almost complete reconstruction of the mid seventeenth century. Between the First and the Second World War the ancient bell tower was replaced by today's bell tower resting on the right wall. On the façade there is a simple stone portal on whose lintel there is a majolica tile with a representation of San Vincenzo Ferreri. Above it is the emblem of the Congregation of Santa Croce di Fonte Avellana which bears the date 1631. The interior has a single nave ending in an apse and houses the statues of Sant'Agostino, San Pietro Martire, Sant ' Anna and Saint Anthony of Padua.
